Since 1990, Rita has represented long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities and other senior housing facilities, hospice companies, pharmacies and other health-related entities in California.

Jennifer M. Sternshein is a Partner in the Transactions Department of the Firm. She represents owners and operators of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, home health and hospice agencies.
Robert H. Harvey is a Partner in the Collections and Reimbursement Department of the Firm. Robert has represented skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and other senior housing providers throughout California with a wide range of healthcare reimbursement and payment issues.
