Jennifer M. Sternshein is a Partner in the Transactions Department of the Firm.

INTRO

Jennifer counsels owners and operators of skilled nursing, assisted living, home health and hospice companies in transaction and general corporate matters. Jennifer helps clients navigate complex matters as buyers, sellers and borrowers, including accounts receivable financing, HUD and traditional loans, long-term leases and general corporate governance.

LEADERSHIP, MEMBERSHIP & HONORS

Jennifer has an extensive licensing, certification and regulatory compliance practice created specifically to assist clients with CHOWs, Medicaid and Medicare provider enrollment, as well as initial certifications, re-validations and re-certifications.

EDUCATION & EXPERTISE

Jennifer is an active member of CAHF, CAHSAH, Leading Age and ASHA, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from University of California at Santa Cruz and graduated summa cum laude in 2003 from Whittier College School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
