The firm was founded in 1988 by Gary Sanders.

Rita Rehaste joined the firm in 1990 and in 1996 became a Partner.
– 2003 , We’ve Got a Team!
Robert Harvey and Jennifer Sternshein joined the Firm in 2003 and became partners in 2014.
